Key Responsibilities – Office Manager:

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow
• Supervise and support office staff, including accounting and title clerks
• Manage AP/AR, bank deposits, schedules, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate posting of deals, inventory, and financial data
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including DMV and accounting requirements
• Coordinate with department managers to support sales, service, and parts operations
• Prepare reports for leadership, including monthâ€'end and audit documentation
• Maintain vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and personnel file management
• Uphold dealership policies, confidentiality, and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership office management experience required
• CDK experience preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of dealership accounting processes and DMV/title requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâ€'paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and solutionsâ€'oriented
• Valid driver’s license
