Our high-volume service department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.

Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers,  answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promote our service offerings, and assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues. 

Qualifications - Automotive Service Advisor:

• Auto Dealership Service Advisor experience preferred. Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
• Excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills
• Basic automotive operational knowledge
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Team-oriented and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license and insurance

• High school diploma
